How do we recycle our empty inkjets or how do we join your empty inkjet program for cash?

Compatible cartridges are new cartridges manufactured to match the cartridge which came in your printer. Remanufactured cartridges are cartridges which have been used once (we only remanufacture virgin cartridges), rebuilt and refilled. Generally speaking cartridges which have a printhead on the cartridge (generally HP and Lexmark) are remanufactured because the printhead has circuitry on it which is patent protected and can't be duplicated. OEM cartridges = Original Equipment Manufacturer. These are brand name cartridges made by the printer company.

You can order direct from the internet by going to our products pages with any major credit card. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128-bit software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

You may return most items sold by inkdoodle.com within 30 days from the invoice date,for a full refund. Please include the following information: a copy of your invoice; if you don't have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number or RMA number. Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.
We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (45 days for international customers).
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Procedure:
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the products, and all RMA must be submitted online (RMA Request). inkdoodle.com will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the shipping box. If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so that the credit will be applied correctly.

What is your warranty of your products?
Should you have any problems with our products we will gladly replace or refund any product that proves to be defective within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that we have a 30 days money back warranty and all products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Please note that warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product.

Canada & USA: Is $7.95cad when your shopping basket includes on inkjets for Canadian and USA customers.When your order includes a toner or toners your flate rate shipping is $13.95. All our orders are shipped by Canada Post or USPS. You may email/contact one of our representatives for the status of your order info@inkdoodle.com

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of your error.

Credit Cards: Your shipping address must match your credit card billing address. International credit cards may require additional information to process. Currently this website uses Canadian currency and all prices and payments will be in the form of Canadian currency. If a U.S. credit card, money order, and/or cheque is being used we will use the current exchange rate( we will not mark up the exchange rate).

Local Pick ups .I'm located in Toronto, Canada, is it possible to pick up my order of inkjets & toners at your office?

You can join our empty inkjet recycling program if you are located in Canada. Our recycling division can be accessed by visiting www.carts4kids.com , this program allows our customers in Canada to recycle their inkjets and toners for cash while donating a portion of the proceeds to Sick Kids Children's Hospital
